Bridge cleaning and sealing aren’t widely discussed but it is none the less very important, as it prolongs the life of bridges and minimizes the need for major refurbishment. As time goes by and water constantly seeps through cracks and crevices, corrosive substances like chloride ions can attack the steel reinforcements, making the need for refurbishment more critical and time sensitive.
